With my extensive operational background, I have consulted for companies that need leadership with their operational/financial controls and departmental coordination. I help companies grow intelligently by monitoring their financial and operational results while working with the senior management on strategic issues as an interim 'CEO/COO/CFO for hire.'
My strength is an exceptional ability to execute a strategy by working/managing across all functional lines of a company while staying focused on the biggest challenge, cash management.

I will contribute from 10-40 hrs per week for any specific company. I can work with any level in the organization and handle strategic issues and/or operational/organizational needs.

  • JFM OPS Consulting LLC

    Working as Interim Head of Finance at Leading-edge energy company that has recently raised over $40M in its Series B round. Brought in by COO eight months ago to develop and implement the necessary financial processes and controls, given a monthly spend increase of over 200% within one year. Handling all day-to-day financial activities including managing financial and tax audit, contract review, insurance set up, integration of payroll and financial systems data, managing outsourced accounting, board material preparation and vendor processes and payment.

    Worked as Interim CEO at AI-platform, elderly monitoring device development and manufacturing company.  Brought in a year ago by the founders to help drive the transition from R&D focus to operational/manufacturing.  The Company is in the final certification process and will be manufacturing its first saleable units within the month.  Worked with the CTO and Head of Operations to develop and execute an operational plan and associated financial model.  Also handled quarterly board management.
