Helping Entrepreneurs

Assisting/Mentoring Entrepreneurs

Background

Due to my experience in growing and running start-ups, many entrepreneurs have asked me to work with/mentor them in translating business concepts into actual companies. Below is a short write-up of those companies that I have worked with in the past.

I am always looking to assist entrepreneurs in bringing their ideas to the next stage.

Past businesses that I have helped with:

Questily

(www.questily.com) – Advisory Board Member
Questily is an educational platform allowing digital and paper-blended classroom learning. The Questily curriculum fosters teamwork skills, speeds deployment, and can reduce implementation costs by over 900%.

Communicative Labs, Inc (CMLABS)

Guided by the fundamental insight that the next hard problem in AI and simulation is integration and architecture, CMLabs has created a software suite specifically for constructing large-scale artificial intelligence systems that include multiple modules, functionalities, and goals.

X-strap Systems, Inc

Medical device company for ankle-related injuries. This company has developed multiple patented ankle-injury-related medical devices. (NOTE: As a user of one of the products for 15 years, I can strongly attest to its effectiveness.)

Doctor To Doctor

Specialty care consultations for general practice doctors coast to coast. This company will provide real-time psychiatry and cardiology (more specialties later) diagnosis and treatment advice to primary care providers for a subscription fee. Properly trained expert doctors will be scheduled to take phone calls and emails from general practice physicians concerning specialty-related patient issues. The primary care physician then can provide the patient with higher quality care. He/she may charge for higher reimbursement from the insurance companies and/or pass a portion of the total subscription fee on to the patient.

Mugtogo, Inc

The company cost-effectively serves customers in the various segments of the Food and Service Industry using competitive new products.
The company has developed and manufactured a patented product that will replace coffee sleeves ($400M business in the US) and provide a new marketing/advertising channel (untapped market).
